Grammy Awards 2024 iniziano a prendere forma con le nomination ufficiali. Uno degli appuntamenti più attesi dai media e dal pubblico di tutto il mondo, un evento capace di unire la musica all’intrattenimento, una serata per celebrare i più importanti artisti a livello internazionale. Sono tanti i modi per descrivere i Grammy Awards, ma la certezza è una: lo spettacolo è assicurato! L’edizione numero 66 si terrà domenica 4 febbraio 2024 alla Crypto.com Arena di Los Angeles, i candidati sono già pronti a giocarsi le loro chance di vittoria nelle diverse categorie.

Dove sarà possibile vedere i Grammy Awards?
Per la 66a edizione dei Grammy Awards, la Recording Academy ha annunciato che lo show sarà trasmesso in diretta su CBS. La visione sarà disponibile in live streaming anche sulla piattaforma Paramount+.
Chi condurrà la serata?
L’edizione del 2023 è stata condotta da Trevor Noah, diventato da anni ormai un vero e proprio ‘veterano’ dell’evento. Il nome del presentatore dei Grammy Awards 2024, invece, non è ancora stato annunciato. Il recordman in questa speciale statistica, al momento, è Andy Williams, padrone di casa in ben sette occasioni, dal 1971 al 1977. Segue John Denver, a sei, rispettivamente nel 1978-1979 e dal 1982 al 1985.
Come vengono assegnati i Grammy Awards?
I riconoscimenti vengono conferiti sulla base di una votazione di una giuria di esperti, composta dai membri della Recording Academy, associazione di artisti e tecnici statunitensi dell’industria musicale. Le votazioni finali partiranno il 10 dicembre termineranno il 4 gennaio 2024 e, per questa edizione, la Recording Academy ha esteso la possibilità di voto a 2800 nuovi membri, superando la quota di 11000 votanti.
Perché si chiamano Grammy Awards?
Il termine “Grammy” richiama la forma “a grammofono” della statuetta data in premio ai vincitori. La prima edizione dei Grammy Awards risale al 4 maggio 1959.
Le nomination ai Grammy Awards 2024: SZA sfida… Barbie
Come ogni anno, la griglia di partenza delle nomination lascia spazio ai pronostici sui possibili vincitori. La pole position se la prende sicuramente SZA, che con nove candidature stacca tutti gli inseguitori. Tra questi, Taylor Swift potrebbe guadagnarsi un posto d’onore nella storia della kermesse.
